Yoga for Bed Time part 2!

Last night I went through all my favorite podcast and came across another really wonderful one for bed time. Chaz from Yogamazing has a great podcast that is about 30 mins long. I have to tell you that at first I thought my legs were going to hurt the whole time because they were up against the wall, but after a while it felt really good. Last night was one of the best nights of sleep that I have gotten in a really long time. If you are looking for help sleeping at night, try this out for sure.
